Portions of the Recreation Trail are currently closed due to City of Columbia maintenance project. This project will be on-going with the hope of completion by mid-Summer.
Description
The MU Rec Trail links the campus to the Nationally Recognized Award Winner City of Columbia's MKT and Nature/Fitness trail system. The MU Rec Trail fits nicely with the city's greenbelt plan of bicycle and pedestrian trails encircling the city of Columbia as well as expands the campus green space in accordance with MU's master plan and provides an alternate route for commuting to campus. Whether you're walking, running, or biking we hope you enjoy your time on the trail.
