Free Orientation
Fitness Center Orientation
This one-hour session teams members with a nationally certified Personal Trainer to create personalized adjustments and weight settings for equipment in the Jungle Gym, Quiet Room and/or Pump Room. Proper form and technique will be taught to ensure user safety and training effectiveness. Personalized strength training programs are not included in this orientation.
