What is the Bod Pod used for?
Our Tiger Trainers measure body composition using our state-of-the-art Bod Pod. Utilized in the US Military and on The Biggest Loser, the Bod Pod is the Gold Standard for fast, accurate body composition analysis.
How does the Bod Pod work?
The Bod Pod is a computerized egg-shaped chamber that measures the amount of air that is displaced to determine body composition. The testing procedures are highly accurate, safe and quick.
How long does the test take?
We schedule a client for 1 hour when they are doing a Bod Pod test. This allows time for set-up, to take baseline measurements, to discuss what the results mean and to answer questions. The actual test takes less than 5 minutes.
