- Class Description
- Do you have a passion for running? Do you have the desire to run a half-marathon or a full marathon, but lack the knowledge and community to achieve this goal? Then the LHP Marathon Training course is for you! LHP offers the class five days a week: Monday thru Thursday, and Saturday at 9:00 a.m. Classes will be 2 hours and long. This will include warming up, stretching, running, weight training and cooling down. The course entails short & long distance running, hill training, and interval training, and focus on pace and endurance. This class is for runners of all skill levels because we offer beginning, intermediate, and advanced level training schedules
