Customize your membership experience at The REC! zouLIFE is a newly designed space with customized services that will enhance YOUR better self with just the right touch of pampering.

New spaces created for you within the Personal Training program include individual rooms for various assessments including a room for the BodPod. Floor exercise and cardio equipment layouts have been redesigned for your comfort and individualized workouts with our certified trainers.
Fresh and exciting new services at zouLIFE include manicures, pedicures, facials, and massages. Customizable services will be provided by licensed esthetician, nail technician and massage therapists.
Non-Member Access – MU Faculty, Staff or Retirees are invited to utilize zouLIFE services between 10AM and 4PM Monday-Friday. Services can be scheduled by calling 884-6555. Non-members must have their MU ID to attend and will access the building through the Rothwell entrance at the corner of Hitt Street and Rollins Street.
