How do I make a reservation request for MizzouRec Facilities?

Create an account:

  1. My Account
  2. Create an Account
  3. Fill out information
  4. Click SAVE
  5. Wait for approval from MizzouRec Event Management via email

Making the reservation request:

  1. Log onto website ems.missouri.edu/EMSApp
  2. Log in using your user name (your email address) and password*
  3. Pick your date and time (option for reoccurring event is also available)
  4. EMS will highlight your time frame in light blue in all spaces
  5. Click the green box with a white PLUS SIGN in it to select your desired space
  • To do multiple spaces you continue to click on spaces
  1. Click CONTINUE once finished adding all your spaces
  2. Fill out the all event details
  3. Once completed click SUBMIT
  4. You will not receive an immediate notification from EMS of your reservation
  5. You will be notified via email with a PDF attachment when your request status has changed.

*If you ever forget your password there is a link to click below the login boxes and you will receive and email with your password.

The request must be more than 5 business days in advance of reservation start time and no earlier than 6 months in advance.

You can cancel a reservation 48 hours in advance.

Certain facilities, like our TigerX Studios, are not generally available for external rentals. However, we will make special considerations. You just need to call or email our Event Management team to discuss your request. They can be reached Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) at events@mizzourec.com or 573-884-5600.

Additionally, certain facilities may not show up if your attendance number is not within our prescribed capacity for the space. Are there other fees that could be assessed besides what I see online when I submit my request?

Are there other fees that could be assessed besides what I see online when I submit my request?

  • All reservations are subject to a service fee. This fee is typically $50, but could be higher based on the duration of your reservation.
  • Stankowski Field reservations are subject to a grooming fee of $49.
  • Custodial fees may be assessed based on your use of the facility and the duration of your event.
  • Event Staffing is required for reservations with MizzouRec and is prescribed by our Event Coordinator.

All fees associated with your reservation will be discussed at your planning meeting with the MizzouRec Event Coordinator.
