Boot Camps Group Training

Boot Camps are four-week programs led by MizzouRec’s knowledgeable personal trainers.

If you want the attentiveness of a personal trainer coupled with the accountability of a group, Boot Camp could be for you! Our sessions meet twice a week for four weeks and workouts are a fun mix of strength training, core work, cardio H.I.I.T. and more. Grab a friend (or a few) and sign up together, or pick a session on your own and meet new workout buddies. Boot Camp sessions can be purchased in zouLIFE.


Round 1

January 28-February 24
MizzouRec Members $59 // Non-members $99

Round 2 Spring Break Boot Camp


The Spring Break Boot Camp is a four-week programs with a specific focus.

Catered to various experience levels, boot camps allow participants to receive guidance from our nationally-certified personal trainers while working in an energetic group setting.

February 26–March 23, 2018

Monday/Wednesday  | 4 PM

Tuesday/Thursday  | 4 PM


  • 4 weeks (8 classes) of specialized fitness instruction from certified personal trainers (choose from 2 times offered)
  • Two body composition assessments (Bod Pod or mBCA)
  • $15 TANS mousse product during boot camp dates (regularly $30, limit 3)
  • $15 single Bronzing sessions during boot camp dates (regularly $24, unlimited)


Round 3

April 8-May 5
MizzouRec Members $59 // Non-members $99

Monday/Wednesday  |  4 PM *This round will begin on Wednesday, April 10 due to Trainer Availability
