Tae Kwon Do (Youn Wha Ryu)

Mizzou Tae Kwon Do teaches Youn Wha Ryu, which is a mixed form of martial arts that focuses primarily on Tae Kwon Do until red belt. At the higher level belts, we begin to incorporate other martial arts into the curriculum such as Shaolin Kung Fu, Jiu Jutsu and Tai Chi. It’s a great workout and a really good opportunity to meet some new people. We also hold tournaments regularly throughout the year which really give you a chance to push yourself and compete against other martial artists.
